With the Xfinity Camera offering, Xfinity connects people to their home, no matter where they are in the world. However that’s once it’s activated, as the path for enjoyment may be challenging for some.
Through this work, we took a look at the entire customer journey to deliver an in-app experience to help the user at every step.

Drove design team to connect separate experiences into one journey that could bring a customer from learn & buy, to install, and use all within one app
Worked with Engineering partners to bring web based flows into native in-app
Facilitated collaboration across phsyical and digital product partners to move away from antiquated wire based activation to modern Bluetooth based
Led design teams across enjoy moments in the App. Touchscreen and TV to have a seamless consistent experience
